Millbrook Land was set up four years ago as a specialist development management, consultancy and asset management business to provide a dedicated hands-on, independent advisory service to property owners and occupiers.

As in previous downturns, we are finding that there is a significantly increased need for the services of experienced development and asset managers who can provide a comprehensive project delivery service, which will maximise the return to the client. At Millbrook Land, through our considerable experience gained working in senior positions at market leading organisations, we are particularly well placed to fulfil this need through a service tailored to clients’ individual requirements.

We specialise in the following fields:

• Development management of complex schemes from site assembly through to practical completion.

• Site identification and acquisition including ‘Deed of Trust’ purchases.

• Property joint ventures.

• Asset management of single properties or portfolios.

Projects to date have varied in size from small infill sites to large town centre regeneration projects and, in value terms, from £1.5m to £90 million.
